THE STRATEGIC ORITENATION COMMITTEE

Changes in the European and international economy are leading companies to continuously adapt their general policy and strategy.
This is the reason why ESAM has set up a process of permanent monitoring on the evolution of the organizational and human needs of companies, in terms of recruitment profiles but also career development.

This committee brings together personalities from the company and officials from the educational community.
