A professional faculty
Composed of permanent staff, consultants, business practitioners, renowned academics and former ESAM graduates working (in France or abroad), the ESAM teaching team is looking for academic excellence of the programs. ESAM has chosen to build its faculty by relying largely on "professionals" recognized in their field so that they illustrate their training module with situations they face in "real life".
Thus, they contribute to promote a pedagogy based on practice and the learning of fundamental concepts.

Research at ESAM
There is no Science without research, be it “Human Sciences”. If it is true that the idea of research remains spontaneously associated with the hard sciences, research in the fields of Management, Administration, Finance and Law clearly constitutes a formidable driving force for social change.
Applied research that integrates students
At ESAM, research is applied. This applied research will consist of concretely confronting the ideas and principles with the professional practice concerned, with the objective of improving:
- efficiency;
- the profitability ;
- legality;
- and, consequently, to increase the quality of teaching and to feed the educational project of ESAM.
This work, carried out by students and tutored by teachers from ESAM and companies, is all research work with a professional application that contributes in particular to:
- Reinforce the acquisition of methods;
- Cultivate open-mindedness, a sense of innovation and the ability to analyze and recommend;
- Constantly understand the problems of companies and their expectations;
- Strengthen ESAM's reputation in professional circles, thanks to the quality of the work carried out by the students.
